Terms of use

Last updated: 24 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the Lyso app and getlyso.app. By using Lyso you agree to them. Lyso is provided by Simon Ekstrand, Sweden ("we", "us").

1. What Lyso does

Lyso improves photos of furniture and other items you sell: it changes the light and, if you choose, adds styling such as decor around the item. Lyso is designed to leave the item itself unchanged, but AI results can contain mistakes. Check every image before you use it.

2. Your account

You can use Lyso without signing in. To keep your photos across phones and to buy photos or subscriptions, you sign in with Apple, Google or email. You're responsible for your sign-in details. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

3. Free photo, packs and subscriptions

4. Your photos

You keep all rights to your photos. You give us the right to process them only to provide Lyso to you (for example to make your image and, if you're signed in, store My photos). Only upload photos you have the right to use.

5. Honest listings

You're responsible for your listings. Lyso's styling adds decor that isn't part of what you sell; make sure buyers understand what is included, for example by mentioning that decor was added by AI. Don't use Lyso to hide damage or to mislead buyers.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Lyso for anything illegal, to infringe others' rights, to create content involving people without their consent, or to try to get around limits, payments or security. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Lyso running, but it's provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or change. If we make significant changes to these terms, we'll tell you in the app.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales, or for how you use the images. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Law and disputes

Swedish law applies. If you're a consumer, you can also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or the EU's online dispute resolution platform.
